Children who arrive at the nursery between 7.30am and 8.15am
will normally be given breakfast before they begin
their nursery day, (breakfast is served until 8.30am for
children who arrive early)

By 9.00am, the children will be ready to join others in their group who will be arriving for a full day or morning session.
The day is organised around the needs of the children, and routines are fairly flexible. We place a lot of emphasis on choice, even with the younger children, and each child has a ‘play plan’, which records their current interests and favourite activities, both at home and at nursery. The play plans are used to help our staff to provide interesting and relevant activities for each child in our care.
Each child has a keyworker, who works closely with children and their parents, and keeps parents informed about their children’s progress and achievements.
